The vineyard, winery, tasting room and cabins are on land that has historical significants dating back to the 1920's. The business began in 2003. It is situated i the heart of the first designated North Carolina AVA region know as the Yadkin Valley. The owners have preserved the original structures which are used for the production facilities, tasting room, farm equipment barn, lodging, and special events. The main log cabin was once the hunting and hospitality lodge for a prominent family and manufacturing business. It has four bedrooms, two and one half baths and will seat up to 40 in the dining room area. There are two neighboring log cabins equipped as two bedroom-two bath duplexes. There is also a log cabin game room complete with pool table, card table, bathroom, and bar. These facilities are popular wedding and special event rentals. The total property sits on 146 acres with 22 acres dedicated to the vineyards. Their plantings include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Syrah, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and others.
