Description

This is a combination of two automotive and truck repair businesses being sold together. The businesses are operated independently but compliment each other.
The first business representing approximately 40% of the gross sales is a regionally respected Brake Masters franchise established in 2007. Brake Masters offers complete retail automotive repair including oil changes, suspension repairs, brakes, tires, computer diagnostics, and engine and component repairs.
The second business representing approximately 60% of the gross sales is a commercial fleet Transmission and Engine repair business. This business holds multiple City, Municipality and District contracts for Allison transmission remanufacturing and general diesel engine repair and rebuilding.
The fleet business unit also includes a staffed complete engine rebuilding machine shop. This engine machine shop is facilitated with all equipment to test, mill, and completely remanufacture cylinder heads; Sleeve, bore and hone engine blocks; Grind, size and press piston rods to completely remanufacture diesel and automotive engines.
Both businesses occasionally share personnel, equipment, facilities and resources in order to capture the retail, fleet, truck, bus and automotive service markets.
All annual financials are based on the first 4 months of 2015 to represent current business activity.
