When you drive up to this facility you just KNOW this is a different kind of child care center. As you walk through the class rooms and see they are perfectly designed by age groups, then see the great curriculum that includes computers for the children you can't help but feel that children would be happy here. When you go out back and see the huge fully equipped playground, fenced and cross fenced by age groups it becomes clear that their primary goal is to provide a safe and healthy learning environment for children of all ages. Daily, each child has the opportunity to engage in activities to help develop the physical, cognitive, social and communication areas.Owners spend very little time at this facility as they have a terrific staff. There is a center director that runs the center along with her assistant director both are licensed as Directors by the state of Fl. The present owners do not hold this license so if a new owner had or wanted to get the licensing to run the center they could replace one of the employees and it their personal income. However a better way to increase your income even more would be to add on to the existing building so you could get more children as they are always full with a waiting list in all age groups.
