Marcia Rosman, teaches the original seminar, "How to Buy/Value/Sell that Existing Business". The format, unlike any other, was perfected over the past 20 years, at two colleges. It is now held in a workshop setting. Many professionals have realized their goal with the purchase or sale of a business. Marcia has her own Broker Firm. As a Certified Business Evaluator she has previously served on the Business Broker Board of the Institute of Business Appraisers, has been a principal in several personal business enterprises, served on the educational and membership committees of the International Business Brokers Association, was a pioneer member and served on the Board of Directors of the New England Business Brokers Association for 8 years, retains memberships in many organizations relating to business, participates in the educational events of various organizations, was an advisor to the Business Exchange Network. Marcia continues to evaluate hundreds of businesses for purchases, sales, divorce, partnership disputes, estate and insurance purposes, plus uccessfully negotiate the purchase and sale of many businesses with buyers, sellers, accountants, attorneys, banks and all parties necessary to the transaction.
