This is a small neighborhood store in a residential area. All customers are from the neighborhood from walking distance.
It's a good store for owner operator or a family. It can be run as an absentee owner also. Only two persons can run this place, one for morning shift and other for afternoon shift. Store has short operating hours from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Current owner does not sell meat or deli item because of personal reason. New owner can add deli sandwiches and there is a good demand for them.
