Ronald L. Falde is President and Principal Broker for First Choice Business Brokers of Buffalo, Minnesota. Ron graduated from Buffalo and enlisted into the U.S. Army which allowed him to see the world and experience different cultures and people. Ron was fully commissioned as a Warrant Officer in 1992 which provided many challenging senior management positions in logistics. Retired from the Army in 2002 after 28 years Ron became employed as a Mortgage Banker for a local Minnesota Bank. Then went on to start three small businesses where he was CEO/President and obtained licenses in Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, and General Contractor. Ron's great passion for business is what drove him to start a First Choice Business Broker franchise and become a business broker. Ron's careers have allowed him to develop personally and diversely with many different cultures and businesses. Working as an intermediary in business sales and purchases for the government as well as the private industry enables him to use these business skills to be effective in negotiations for buyers and sellers. Ron is a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Broker and also held licenses in Mortgage Lending, and General Construction and Residential Real Estate. Understanding people and business is what drives Ron to helping entrepreneurs in purchasing or selling any size business.
