John has more than 25 years of direct experience in the restaurant industry. He served as Director of Operations for Ruby Tuesday Denver where he had overseen 14 restaurants in the Colorado market working closely with development teams in the site selection process. John was the youngest person ever promoted to the Director position up to that point. Prior to serving in that role John won various prestigious awards with the company such as the Ruby Tuesday teams award, Sales awards and Managing Partner of the Year in his market. John also worked for Marriott restaurants and has also owned and operated his own very successful Denver area restaurant for over 10 years increasing sales 400% since purchasing the establishment. That being said, John has hands on experience as both a buyer and seller in the Colorado market. John has received instruction and testing leading to his designation as a Certified Restaurant Broker, one of the select few in the nation.
