Independent and assisted living (“AL”) facilities for senior adults: The Company has 27 residential units, with included ancillary services, as well as separately billed personal services, to a target market of moderate income senior citizens.
Special Assistance Foster Care (SAFC) with 10 units for 20 adults is a separate wing, serving adults with serious cognitive, mental and behavioral disorders. Management of this division is currently being outsourced.
Recurring revenue from monthly rentals on both the senior living units (70% of annual revenue) and the monthly payments from the outsourced operators of the SAFC, (25%).
